Consultation and Appointment Policy

All permanent cosmetic procedures require a complimentary consultation. During your consultation, a medical history will be reviewed to ensure there are no medical reasons the procedure should not be performed.

Once you have been confirmed as a suitable candidate, your permanent makeup appointment will be scheduled for a future date. A $150 deposit is required to secure the appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your permanent makeup session.

Follow-Up Visit

All permanent makeup procedures require a follow-up visit 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment. This visit allows the artist to assess the healed results and perfect the enhancement as needed.

A $150 setup fee applies to all follow-up visits.

    Meet Your Certified Artist

    Our permanent makeup department is led directly by spa owner Kathryn Anderson, a Licensed Aesthetician and certified Permanent Makeup Artist with over a decade of specialized experience across diverse skin tones and conditions. Kathryn completed her initial foundational training in 2015 under industry pioneer Joyce Cirasuola at Boca Ta-2 in Florida, followed in 2017 by advanced, one-on-one training in Natural Brow stroke techniques with global educator Mary Ritcherson. She is licensed and certified by the states of Georgia and Florida, holding active certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens, communicable diseases, micropigmentation, and advanced areola restoration. Our clinic is fully licensed by both the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and the Rockdale County Board of Health.
     

    Consultation Process and Safety Policies

    To ensure the absolute highest level of safety, all permanent cosmetic services require a strict multi-step intake process:

    • Complimentary Consultation: Every guest begins with an in-depth medical history assessment to check for contraindications and confirm you are a safe candidate for cosmetic tattooing. During this session, you will review true before-and-after portfolios, map out your shapes, and align on color tones.
    • Deposit & Booking Requirements: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your procedure slot.
    • Cancellation & Attendance Terms: Due to the extensive sanitation setup required for micro-pigmentation, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation notice policy. Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit, and late arrivals will be automatically rescheduled without exception.
