Etiquette and Policies

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of a thereapist. Please specify which service or treatment you are reque3sting at the time of your reservation. A valid credit card or gift certificate may be required at the time your reservation is made.

We request at least one (1) week reservationsfor parties with 3 or more guests. A valid credit card or deposit will be required at the time your reservation is made.

We request a 24 hour notice for cancellations. All cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a 25% of services(s) charge. No shows will be charged up to 100% of services(s), if part of a prepaid package or gift certificate, session will be forfeited. All cancellations and no show charges are at the discretion of spa management.

Packages

Combination packages are structured to be completed in one day. All packages have a one year expiration.

Gift Certificates

Need that perfect gift for that special occasion? Give the git of wellness with one of our unique gift certificates.  Gift certificates are available for all services. They must be presented at time of service. Most certificates expire within one year.

Late Arrivals

To ensure schedule punctuality, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension if another client's appointment is impacted.

Children

 We maintain a quiet, relaxed, and adult-oriented atmosphere. Children under the age of ten are not allowed in the colonic treatment rooms unless they are receiving service. Please do not bring your children unless they are receiving a service
